Remodeling offers an opportuntity to bring your home "up to date" without the costly expense of buying a new home.  Also, you will increase the value of your home when you remodel a kitchen or bathroom.  

In most cases of remodeling older homes, homeowners take a closed in floor plan and make an open floor plan.  This often happens in kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms to make an "open" appearance.    

In kitchen remodels, the update can be as little as refacing cabinet doors or as large as total tear out of existing kitchen and rebuilding.

If you have outgrown your house and wish to increase the square footage, an addition may be what the doctor ordered.  An addition will also increase the value of your house.  

We have the edge on other builders and remodelers in that we own our own private custom cabinet shop which works hand in hand with all Vertex projects.  This eliminates the wait time and production delays.  Vertex has many years of experience in the cabinet building industry from commerical to residential.   During our remodeling and home building projects we have supplied all types of cabinetry.  We take a lot of pride in the cabinets that are built in our shop.  Our quality speaks for itself!
